Bundt Cake
I just took a basic yellow cake recipe and baked it in a bundt pan. I sprayed it heavily with Crisco for Baking.
In the past, I have mixed in colored sprinkles (some of which stuck to the pan) and chocolate chips tossed in flour.
I later sprinkled it with confectioners sugar (I had no time for icing). I wrapped it in cellophane, tied a ribbon around it, and it made the perfect gift!
Hi!
Thanks for joining me on my baking journey!
This is supposed to serve as a learning experience for both me and my readers. So when I attempt to frost a cake, and find crumbs in my frosting, I might just post that, so you know what NOT to do.
If I come across a new cookbook that has many useful recipes, I'll let you know about it.
I plan to take photos of my baked goods, from good old basics to the more exciting items and post them here for our viewing pleasure!
